Leadership coaching: Leadership coaching offers leaders (Executives, Managers, Directors, Supervisors, Informal Leaders) the opportunity to deepen their awareness of the behaviours that their colleagues deem critical to leadership excellence. Together with key stakeholders, we will identify behaviours that will make the biggest change in increased leadership effectiveness, identify leadership gaps, and then create strategies to close them. We utilize the “Feedforward” model of leadership development put forward by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, one of the foremost authorities on how to help leaders achieve positive, measurable behavioural changes. Excellent candidates for leadership coaching may include: - Formal leaders who want to improve their leadership skills
- Established leaders who have recently experienced conflicts with colleagues, challenging 360 performance appraisal results or other feedback suggesting leadership development
- Talented future leaders who need to further develop their leadership skills
- Established leaders who are struggling with overwork, stress and work/life balance
